As you can imagine, it’s hard to give an estimate for a bathroom remodel without seeing it. However, most people who are just starting the research phase, like to know a ballpark. That is what this page is intended to do. Give you an idea of what you might be looking at. Please don’t take these numbers as a hard and fast rule for every remodel we do. Every situation is different and for every ballpark, I can show you exceptions. However, if you’re just trying to figure out what range we’re in, we can help with that, here. Keep in mind that we have some customers who do partial remodels. Meaning they may put in a new tub and surround with new flooring. This would be less expensive due to the fact that they didn’t do the entire bathroom, and that’s fine! However, we have customers who completely gut and start over with new water and drain pipe, new fixtures, new vanity, a shower where a tub/shower used to be, etc. Obviously, these folks paid more as they had more work done. The numbers we’re providing here are the average customer. A customer in the middle of the two examples above.
Nearly all (95%) of our bathroom remodels are under $10,000.
Half are around the $5000 price tag.
