When Ryan started Potter’s Plumbing in 2010 he had a very simple philosophy. He wanted every customer treated like he would treat his own Grandma. 3 years after opening Ryan went from being a single plumber that answered his own phones and did his own invoices, to having his wife and a helper. That helper was Brent Wyman. Brent quickly demonstrated that he held the same beliefs, morals, and ethics that Ryan and Diane did.
Brent, Ryan, and Diane now manage the business together. This combination has proved to be very successful and allowed the business to grow almost 50% larger while bringing on 4 more staff and consistently maintaining a 5-star rating from customer reviews.
